The link to make your room reservation can be found under the Venue tab on the American Biomanufacturing Summit website. We have arranged a special rate over the course of the event. Please take advantage of this by booking early, as blocks do tend to sell out.
Marketing 365 is our complimentary marketing support program, included in the majority of our sponsorship packages (Thought Leadership Partner and up). Through Marketing 365, we work closely with our sponsors to promote them surrounding the summit. After you purchase your pass to attend the event, our Client Success Team will follow up to record any dietary needs or restrictions you may have. We’ll make sure suitable meal options are available for you onsite so you can enjoy the event comfortably.
We employ a rigorous, invitation-only qualification process. Our team personally vets every delegate to ensure they meet strict criteria based on Job Title & Seniority, Company Size & Revenue, Active Projects & Purchasing Power, and Budgetary Responsibility. For this reason, attendance is complimentary for qualified delegates, ensuring a high-caliber audience.
The process is a simple, four-step, "mutual interest" system:
- Profile Creation: Once you're confirmed as a sponsor, you'll create a detailed sponsor profile, outlining your solutions and value proposition.
- Delegate Selection: Weeks before the summit, our confirmed delegates review all sponsor profiles and select the companies they wish to meet based on their current needs.
- Schedule Creation: Our proprietary algorithm and dedicated team then create a personalized meeting schedule for you, filled with appointments with executives who have explicitly requested to see you.
- Delivery: You receive your final, personalized meeting itinerary approximately one week before the summit, allowing your team to prepare for each conversation.
We recommend preparing a concise, 15-20 minute presentation or demo tailored to addressing the specific challenges of the industry. Since you receive your schedule in advance, your team can research the delegates and companies you'll be meeting to have highly relevant, productive conversations. Your dedicated Client Success Manager will provide a full timeline and guide you through all pre-event preparations.
Following the event, you will receive an updated, final delegate list, including contact information for all attendees (in compliance with privacy regulations). This allows your team to follow up with the connections you made and nurture leads from the wider attendee base.
We take data security and privacy very seriously. Our summit portal and all data handling adhere to strict privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Delegate information shared with sponsors is limited to professional contact details relevant to the business relationship, and is only provided with explicit consent or as part of the event's professional networking purpose. We utilize secure platforms and robust internal protocols to protect all sensitive information.
